Zucchini Pesto

1. Soak Pine Nuts for 1 hour
2. Cut Zucchini into strips – Like French Fry cut
3. Soak Sun Dried Tomatoes until soft 2 hours and cut into strips
4. Cut Sweet Peppers into long strips
5. Slice Mushrooms

Combine the basil leaves , olive oil, pine nuts and sea salt in a food processor or blender and pulse to a paste. – this is Pesto
Mix the Zucchini, mushrooms, red sweet pepper ½ cup water with Pesto. Set it up on a tray of greens and garnish with soaked drained strips of sun dried tomatoes.
Ingredients
• 12 Medium Zucchinis
• 20 Mushrooms
• ½ cup Pine Nuts
• 2 Red Sweet Peppers
• 1 cup sun dried tomatoes

Pesto
• 3 bunches fresh basil leaves
• 1 cup virgin Olive Oil
• 1 cup Pine Nuts
• Sea Salt to taste•

Tomato Sesame Soup



Powder Coriander, Cumin and Cardamom seeds
In a Blender or food processor, combine tahini, with the powders, tomatoes, ginger, cayenne, turmeric. Blend until smooth and pour into a serving dish. Add finely chopped celery to the blended mix. Garnish with chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves and 1 or two tbs of sesame oil.

If desired add a touch of lemon juice and sea salt. This is optional.

• 2 tbs Coriander seeds
• 2 tbs Cumin seeds
• 2 tbs Cardamom seeds
• 1 cup sesame seeds
• 2 cups tahini
• 1 bunch celery
• 15 Tomatoes Hot House
• 1 large piece ginger
• 1 tbs Cayenne Pepper t
• 1 tsp Turmericr
• 2 tbs sesame oil
• Finely chopped curry leaves
• Finely chopped coriander leaves

• Lemon Juice & Sea salt Optional

Peas & Corn Amazement

1.Rinse frozen corn and peas with warm water drain and place in a large bowl.
2.Chop cucumber to small pieces and to the bowl.
3.Add all other ingredients and toss.

• 1 kg Frozen Buttery peas
• 1 English Cucumber
• ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
• ¼ cup virgin olive oil
• Cayenne Powder
• Salt to taste
• One bunch fresh Dill finely chopped
• Lemon Juice

Orange and Greens with HOOLA HOOLA dressing

In a jar combine olive oil, orange juice, honey, celery seeds, lemon juice, and shake shake shake dance around and around hoola hoola and shake.

Combine the greens, orange slices, grated carrots and grapes and set aside.

Pour the HOOLA HOOLA just before the serving and enjoy the exciting refreshing salad. This is the most important ingredient to bring out the utmost taste and nourishment.

• 8 Medium oranges peeled and sliced
• 6 oranges juiced to make one cup orange juice
• One large packet baby spinach
• One large packet mixed greens
• 5 Organic Carrots shredded
• Grapes cut in half
• 3 cups almonds soaked peeled and cut
• 1 cup olive oil
• ¾ cup honey
• 1 tbs celery seed
• ¼ cup lemon juice
